  Carroll C. Brown was born to Elbert Warren and Laura M. (Noble) Brown. He married Emma Wheeler in 1931 and she passed away in 1971. They had children Carroll C Brown, Jr, Eunice, Edna and Eleanor. Carroll was a logger, a maple syrup producer and a former road commissioner in Worcester. He enjoyed hunting. At the time of his death there were 12 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
