Ed was baptized at St. Henry's Church. His sponsors were John Keim and Liz
Ziegler. Ed was inducted in the Army on October 30, 1918, but served only a
few months. Ed and Helen were married at Assumption Catholic Church. He spent
the majority of his life owning/operating a Texaco Service Station in North St.
Louis. He died of cerebral thrombosis, and is buried in Sts. Peter and Paul
Cemetery.
