  [Brøderbund WFT Vol. 2, Ed. 1, Tree #5006, Date of Import: Apr 26, 1997] Rosilla was alive in 1894 when C. V. Hughes I died, and was living in Oswego Falls, New York with her son Joel. We have Rosilla's New York death certificate. She died at the age of 56 years, 11 mos., 4 days. Rosilla is buried in the Oakwood Cemetery in Fulton, New York. Dave and Mary searched National Archives in Washington, D.C. on 8/2/89. We found no record of George or Rosilla Hughes in the 1880 Census from Massachusetts or New York. We searched under both HUGHES and HEWES, and also looked for their son Joel. According to the "Sherman Directory", Volume 4, Rosilla was a twin.
