  [Brøderbund WFT Vol. 7, Ed. 1, Tree #4588, Date of Import: Aug 24, 1997] Rev. John Wilder, graduated at Brown University, 1823; studied theology with Rev. Samuel Austin, D.D., of Newport, and was ordained pastor at Charleston, Massachusetts. In 1832 he settled in Concord, and in 1839 moved to Marshall, Michigan. Here his health failed, and he returned to Massachusetts, and died in Charlton. He was a Congregational minister of marked ability.
