  [Brøderbund WFT Vol. 2, Ed. 1, Tree #5006, Date of Import: Apr 26, 1997] Peter and Anna Barbara Schneller are the common progenitors of all the Schneller descendants listed in this document. Unfortunately, other than that fact we know very little of these two individuals. Someday in the future perhaps we will know more. Mr. Paul Polansky Schneller is currently researching the origins of the earliest known Schnellers. It's been over a year since I last corresponded with him, but at that time he had identified most of the original clans of Schnellers in Europe. In addition, the Mormon Church, as part of their religion, continues to computerize birth, marriage, and death records from all over the world. They then provide that information in a system called IGI (International Genealogical Index) on CDROM. I have already gathered hundreds of these records pertaining to Schnellers, some dating back to the 1500s.
